With your acceptance of these terms and conditions, My Princess & Character Parties guarantees your selected Character, on your selected date & time. 

 

All parties and events must be booked on this website to ensure that this booking contract has been agreed to by both parties prior to any party or event.

Once your booking deposit is paid your date, time, and Character are secured. We will never cancel your party or event. 

 

Your cast member will call you the week of your party or event to confirm all details. They will also call you when they arrive to your party or event to ensure that you are ready for their grand entrance!

 

Please provide an open area for your character to sit on the floor with the birthday child and guests for the story and games, if applicable.  They may also need a table (like a dining table, card table, or coffee table) and at least two chairs to do face paint, makeup, mini-manicure and/or craft. For the Fashion Show, please provide a long open area for the runway!

Agreement subject to contract terms. 

Unlike other companies, My Princess & Character Parties charges NO rescheduling fee. We never have, and we never will! You are welcome to reschedule your party, appearance or event at any time.

 

Your full booking deposit will be due and is non-refundable. The amount will vary according to package chosen. It can be paid via PayPal (kristiepatton@yahoo.com), Venmo (@Kristie-NewcombPatton), Cash App ($kristiepatton1)  or via Credit Card over the phone (405-445-8339). The remaining balance will be due at the party in cash only.

 

If for any reason you fail to pay your full booking deposit, or if for any reason you fail to pay the remainder of your balance immediately after your party or event, you will be in violation of this booking contract.

 

*Tips aren't expected, but are always appreciated if you'd like to let your cast member know what an amazing job they've done!

 

WE HIGHLY RECOMMEND THAT YOU SCHEDULE YOUR CHARACTER TO ARRIVE 15 MINUTES AFTER THE START OF YOUR PARTY, SO THAT ALL GUESTS WILL HAVE ARRIVED IN TIME FOR THEIR GRAND ENTRANCE!
